Our Spa Policy

Client Appointment Reminders ( Via Email & Text)

We require that at the time of booking all information is entered correctly ; as failure to provide accurate information can results in additional service fees or even suspension from booking with our buisness in the future which we do not want.

So we ask that all of our clients provide us with the correct email address and that they check them regularly in order to stay up to date with important information such as promotions, location, policy updates, appointment rescheduling,  appointment reminders & so much more.

Please Note: All emails are automated so to contact us please respond via email Support@uniquecomplexions.com

We send all scheduled clients a initial appointment confirmation as proof that their appointment has been successfully scheduled with Unique Complexions Skin Studio. Please check your provided email and email spam folder for their confirmation email. If you have not received a initial confirmation at the time of booking please text (240)-238-3881 to confirm we received your appointment and to be resent your email confirmation.

Two days prior to a scheduled appointment clients do receive a appointment reminder and confirmation via email and text message. The day of the appointment clients do receive  A Final Appointment reminder sent via email with the subject name "Final Appointment Reminder" for their appointment that is less than a few hours away. Please follow the steps provided with in each email as clients cannot cancel appointments via email link with in 24hrs of their appointments.

Deposits

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking on services over $55 in order to secure your appointment. Full payment at the time of booking is required for services under $55 to secure your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and goes toward your booked service balance. If you cancel your appointment your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to future months. 

Late Policy

If you are running late please give us a call or send a text message letting us know that you will be late. A late fee of $15 will be added to your service if client is 10 minutes late to scheduled appointment. If you arrive late to an appointment, that time is deducted from your original allotted service time. If the 10 minutes grace period is exceeded, the appointment will need to be canceled or rescheduled. Clients are free to rebook with a new deposit to secure their new appointment.

Please note consistent tardiness will be noted and If you are tardy to more than 3 appointments, you will be suspended from booking future appointments.

Cancellation/ Same Day Reschedule Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we require 24 hour advance notice. We do understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and we will handle these on a case by case basis. There is a 35% service charge of remaining balance to card on file for any appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment.

In the event of inclement weather, emergency, tragedy for the service provider, or world disaster all appointments will be rescheduled accordinly and deposits will go toward future appointments only ; deposits are non-refundable.

Reschedule Policy

Reschedules must be one within 2 days or 48 hrs of the upcoming appointment. Rescheduling the day of your appointment will forfeit your deposit. 

 

No Call No Show

No call no shows are charged 100% of service charge via card on file and are suspended from booking future services. If client confirmed appointment, did not show, and contacted Unique Complexions Skin Studio immediately after being charged this is still considered a no call no show.

Guest Under 18 Years Old

Facials are available for minors ages 15-17 but a parent or guardian must sign on child’s behalf. Clients must be over the age of 18 for any advanced facial, intimate waxing, or vajacial services.

Guest Policy

No additional guests including children are allowed at appointment unless being serviced. If you bring a guest without prior notice, they will be asked to leave. Unique Complexions Skincare has the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to these terms and conditions.

Covid-19

Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing cold or flu like symptoms (cough, sore throat, fever, or muscle aches). There is a 35% service charge of remaining balance to card on file for any appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment. Arrive to your appointment with a mask on. You cannot enter the suite without a mask. Arrive only at the time of your appointment. Please do not arrive before your appointment.

Payment/Payment Info

At Unique Complexions Skin Studio we accept cash (exact change) and credit/debit as forms of payment. All payments and payment information shared online and in store are securely protected and never shared. In addition all sales are made with Unique Complexions Skin Studio are final. Please be aware that if the payment card clients provide on file declines, Unique Complexions Skin Studio will reattempt charging the form of payment on file for up to 35 weeks after date of scheduled appointment. Any overdraft fees collected due to this failure of payment we will not be held responsible for.
